What the wear

Saint Francis of Assisi has a brown robe and a brown rope.The brown robe was like a dress that went down to your feet.They wear itchy scratchy sandals.The rope was quite strong.

Early days

In the early days after he was in prison for a year he became a saint uilding a whole church.he got caputerd in the war.

How Do we remember him 

we remember him by caring for all the animals and looking after them.He's  a good saint because he listened to god and followed his rules.

We have been learning about the country Tonga.

On Tuesday we got to dress up as different countries.I dressed up as a Samoan person because some of my family is from Samoa. My favourite thing I learnt was the food they eat.they eat topai. topai looks like bread covered in coffee. We did a mihi whakatau, a mihi whakatau is a welcoming.
